Aftermarket Auto Parts Alliance presented GCommerce with its 2016 Outstanding Technology Partner award during the Alliance’s 11th Information Technology Summit (IT Summit), hosted last week at Aftermarket Auto Parts Alliance headquarters in San Antonio. To be qualified, the technology partner must provide exceptional value and deliver software, solutions, data, products, and/or services that are in sync with the stated direction of the Alliance,” stated Dale E. Hopkins, vice president and CIO of the Alliance, “GCommerce accomplished that by helping us implement several key integrated solutions to improve end-to-end supply chain visibility and ordering from MyPlace4Parts all the way to our supplier channel partners.”

The focus of this year’s meeting was to improve communication throughout the supply chain. Sixteen individuals representing TrakMotive, Robert Bosch LLC, Dorman Products, East Penn Mfg., Standard Motor Products, TYC/Geneva Corp., UCX Calipers, Valvoline, Tenneco, Centric Parts, The Penray Companies, Inc., Spectra Premium Industries Inc. and Heavy Duty America/Truck Pride were in attendance.
